NotCHESS is completely free. No hidden charges, subscriptions, or paywalls.

NotCHESS is provided "as-is" without warranties. We're not responsible for bugs or glitches, though we try hard to avoid them.

• Games may be lost if browser data is cleared
• Features may change without notice
• Service may be discontinued at any time

4. No Liability

We're not liable for any damages or losses from using NotCHESS. This is a chess game, not critical infrastructure.

5. Responsible Use

You agree to use NotCHESS responsibly. Don't:

• Exploit security vulnerabilities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the code (it's open source anyway)
• Use it to harm others

6. Chess Rules

NotCHESS implements standard FIDE chess rules. If you find a bug in move validation, let us know. But remember: it's a game for fun, not tournament play.

7. User Content

Your games stay on your device. You own your moves. We don't collect, store, or use your games.

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by common sense and good faith. Disputes are handled informally.
